Buying Wagyu Beef Shares
We typically have 5 to 6 Wagyu steers sent to process each year, typically with several butcher dates throughout the year, depending on when each steer is ready.
Butcher dates and butcher information: the butcher date is the date the live steer is taken to the butcher, not the pick-up date. We are currently using Lone Crow Meats as our butcher. We prefer that our customers provide their cut sheets to and pay the butcher fees directly to the butcher. Of course, please let us know if you’d like to talk through anything with us first, and we can answer any questions and facilitate the process. We will email you the cut sheet to fill out upon receipt of deposit. Our butcher must have a cut sheet in house prior to the butcher date, no exceptions. 2026 Butcher Dates are April 22 (2 Full-Blood Steers) and July (3 Half-Blood Steers).
Delivery dates: Your meat will be ready approximately 2 weeks after the butcher date., and we will try to give you a week’s notice of the exact date. Your beef must be picked up at our place in Eagle, ID that day. Of course, we can discuss details and potential delivery options as the time approaches.
2026 Pricing
A non-refundable $200.00 deposit is required to reserve any portion of the steer. This will be collected at the time you reserve your portion, and your deposit will go towards the total beef cost.
Full-Blood Wagyu Pricing - $7.50/lb (Hanging Weight) plus butcher fees

Our typical steer is usually 1,200 to 1,500 lbs Live Weight, which is about 720 to 900 Hanging Weight.

These estimated prices are provided for your convenience and do not include the actual USDA processing, which is usually approximately $1.35/lb Hanging Weight, (May be more or less depending on cut sheet choices and weight of product)
